The Shadowlands - Server OFFLINE!

I see they made a statement. Hope it get's fixed soon.

They made their statement 1 hour ago and haven't updated it yet.... I wouldn't hold your breath.

How about not being vague? Maybe a "it crashed" or "we took it down to fix an issue" or "because we took it down, the eta is xyz" or "our crap broke again, damn china made junk, we have no idea when this thing is coming up, our bad"

Really?? That's all they can give us as to why our server's down? We ALREADY KNOW It's down. How about a reason or ETA on it being FIXED?

I'm fine so long as my characters are still safely stored on Bioware's servers. If not, well, I don't want to think about that.

I think you are asking too much... that would require good customer service and caring about our gaming experience.

Aw man i hope this does not mess up my transfer...

I don't work for BW, but seriously....you're complaining about no updates for an hour? The team that responds here most likely isn't the team that actually works on it. They know things are down and sometimes it takes a while to figure out what the problem is. I've been on outages where it took teams several hours to figure out exactly what was broken due to complexity of the application back-end.

If they do their job right....they won't just reboot a server to bring it online. You don't want them to band-aid the problem to only have it creep up again. You want them to do what is necessary to fully investigate and patch it to prevent further occurrence.
