Have you seen WoW's voice chat? Makes me glad SWTOR doesn't have one...

How easy is vent to get, if he or she doesnt have it they may have a reason for not having it. fact is alot of people dont ask why they havnt got vent they simply boot or not invite in the first place because the ops leader wont be able to scream at them like a meglomaniac for an hour to feel better about themselves.

simple fact is voice chat isnt needed nor required for ops, its a luxury of life product.

Visit it. It will teach you how to type, so you don't have the harass the people that can type quicker than you; most of us prefer not to have you in their ears. Nothing personal, but not everybody wants to hear you and your friends talk on a mic, when we could have our in-game sound / or 3rd party audio playing.

The game doesn't have voice chat for a clear reason, the voice overs are a big part of the game, why would they give people voice chat so they'd just talk over it. That's more of an issues than the "spacebar Nazi".

Kicking somebody out of an ops for not using voice chat should be a temp ban offence. If its a pre-made fair is fair but doing so in a pug is harassment. You may not think so but it is."Do what we say or we'll kick you", sounds like a bully to me.....

It is, but the op co leader said the leader of the group was being rude to me and i was kicked, but he told me he was trying to get me back in the group but he failed
