Well..he is the game lead designer of the top MMO in the world...lol. Like the old saying...walk the talk and he does. Besides you will see many posts from other Blizzard reps often on thier forums. Not like here...where the usual post from a moderator is to close a thread.

Guys I think you over doing it Blizzard has worser customer service than any other mmo right now on the market so lets get our facts straight and i think we need to be patience they are trying to do the bets they can to make this game good for the players.Also remember guys World of Warcraft had 7 years to get where it is today you guys are excepting all mmmos to be like World of Warcraft and that really not fair to the other mmos companies.

Well, then why don't they communicate in the other sections then? I cannot agree with you on this. Just because there are bad posters, it should never ruin it for the good posters. Just because there are sniveling brats, they shouldn't just ignore everyone.
