4 Day Ticket

Still waiting on a response to my ticket that was opened over 4 days ago. I got all the info up in a timely fashion as soon as possible so that it could be dealt with efficiently. So much for that I guess? Now I get you may be busy and that others are probably waiting longer but 4 days for a ticket response is tiring.

Got in contact with a CSR was talking to him for a bit and he would let me know when he was ready for me to log. He was working on another issue for me and nothing was said for a while.Then my chat got closed because of inactivity >.> Is he going to come back or ???
