Augment Slot Bugs

Is it a known bug that crit crafted gear in guild banks, pre-patch 1.3, have mysteriously lost their augment slots.

Not that it would matter any...

Becuase my crit crafted Battlemaster gear on another chraracter doesn't accept level 49 augments. Even though its a level 50 item to craft.

The gear itself in the guild bank shows augment slots when removed. When i put it back in, its no longer showing the augment slots in the gbank. So the slots are still there, but they're still at MK1 slots on level 50 gear.
