that would depend if it requires them to fix something probably never.

I have reported 2 bugs via the in-game system, received a generic reply and "Closed" ticket status after about two or three hours.

Nothing that required any discussion or "help" though.

I submitted one last night and got a lovely response that had nothing to do with it tonight.
Luckily they promptly sent a correct response. So.. About a day for me. Probably close to 18-21 hours.

Not a bad wait if I do say so myself, but from what I hear that's super lucky!
