Overall, I think BW took a couple of steps back with 1.3. I rate it as -2

I logged in and for the first time ever my character wasnt stuttering and my fps went up by about 30 so for that alone 10 out of 10, have not checked the group finder yet will do later been told its a really good addition so its looking good for me so far.

Your FPS went up because there are not many people logged in right now. Many of us are stuck in the patch download process and then many more can NOT even log in at all due to a patcher error. Just wait until prime time tonight and then see what your FPS is like.
