So,

why is it that you rush a patch out earlier than you should, then spend an extra 3 hours + trying to get it to work?

Can you explain that one to us please Bioware?

Oh noes, three whole hours! Did you die during that time due to the extra long wait? I bet you died.

Because bioware are sloppy and don't have a clue it's 2012 not 1988 look at there entire patching methods even NCSoft patch there games with updates on the fly if i wanted to play games with methods like this i would have kept playing games on my Amiga.

I love all the new communication that was promised, yet where is the only place that has announced extended maintenance? Not the Dev Tracker, nope, it's TWITTER. Why did they fire Stephen Reid again?

Why bioware is patching EU server in EU timezone??

Cant you patch EU in oppisite TZ just like any normal company?

It looks like they have too much customers

If you expect nothing, you can't be disappointed.

That said, I am really looking forward to fiddle around with augmentkits and the groupfinder asap, but alas, things do not always go as expected in maintenance and patches.

But I do think, anticipating the amount of angry posts that might follow, saying maintenance will take a bit longer until XY with a generous timeframe will appease people more than saying: 1pm, no, 3, no, wait 4.... 5...?
