The visual queue will finish, the sound will finish, but if I move too soon, the channel will not trigger the last part of the attack or a cast-time ability (such as activating my mount) will cause me to mount for a second, but then demount if I move too quickly.

My UI is customized This issue has been apparent on several raids since server transfer. Usually not as bad as this night was.

Not as extereme though. �Additional comments on issue: Around June 19th and before I was able to play fine with disconnects maybe every 2-3 hours or so. I went on a vacation on June 19th, returned on June 23rd and disconnects started happening every 2-3 minutes on June 23rd. My PC specs are exactly the same and nothing has changed on my end. My latecny bar goes from 4 bars to big red X every 2-3 minutes. Sometimes I lose connection and receive error code 4001 and 9000. Sometimes after 3-5 seconds everything in game fast forwards and I can continue playing until I get another spike and disconnect.

Does it disconnect your wireless when this happens, if so?

Additional comments on issue: The aforementioned GCD and/or animation lag happens only in the black hole or heavily populated areas or operations, but I also now have a constant "pulse" lag around certain cities, landscapes or on my ship. While I run from one side of my ship to the other, the walls and floor go accross my screen in noticable rhythmic ticks, like watching a movie that has missing frames at regular intervals. It has only begun to happen since the transfers and it is unenjoyable, as you might imagine.

There was around 50 players in Black Hole and according to general chat everyone was having this issue. After that we went to do dailies on Belsavis. There was around 70 players on the planet, and all of them was having this lag. It looked like when u use a skill there's about half second delay before the skill executes, or sometimes only GCD triggers without skill executing. Also I was receving message while trying to cast a skill like I am in movement, but I was standing still about 1 second prior to that. My ping was fine, not increased from what I usualy have. Didn't try any other zones or instances.

Server name: Po5 Times lag is apparent: when in the fleet, blackhole and anywhere else there are more than 50 ppl Is your UI customized: yes Have you ever experienced this issue: not untill my server went to Po5 Additional comments on issue: really wasnt a major problem untill today . but today its almost unplayable, went to voss and there are only 30 or so ppl out there, but its so hard to kill stuff with the lag. my MS is jumping from 60ish (which is what im normally at) to 2000+ ms.
