Highly doubt it. Too late to introduce a third faction. In an MMORPG that has to be done during initial development. Ultimately don't want a third faction, either.

i see nothing to indicate this is in the works. i'm pretty sure the hutt GTN is purely to try and encourage more trading and nothing to do with a third faction. they are saying its hutt controlled to give a bit of story to the move, the same way we were told that the empire and republic relaxed the speeder restrictions in space ports. RPers love a bit of story
