Level: 37 as of now
Server: Jung Ma
Area it occurred: Imperial Quesh Bank in Cantina

Details: Was moving items around in my bank and when I changed the place of my Legacy Bounty Hunter helm it simply disappeared. It s not in either of my bank tabs, nor is it in my inventory or equipped. Companions can't equipe it, and there was never any delete prompt or anything; it simply disappeared when switched it's bank spot with another. I did put in a ticket (Or so I thought), but it completely disappeared. If it's being worked on, is there any way I can get notified since I'd rather not have it turn out that the ticket disappeared and too much time goes past.

Your ticket has been escalated, not deleted. It is a display bug that we are still working to fix.

When the ticket is being addressed you will be contacted in-game if you are online or via email/in-game mail if you are offline.

Sorry for any confusion caused.
