I just tried sending out two Friend Trials to people who've never received any, and it's saying that I've sent out the maximum number of Friend Trials even though I haven't sent ANY, EVER. I've also already made a payment towards another month of Star Wars The Old Republic, so I know that's not the issue (Any more). Could I get some assistance here?

Hi Serenthius,

In this case it looks like you haev encountered a bug that occurs when you try to send a trial to an account which has opted out of receiving promotional mails. The following workaround should help:

Log into www.ea.com with their Origin or EA Account Email address
Click on the Username in the upper right corner on the screen
Now select “Contact Preferences”
Tick the box “Contact me about EA´s products, news, events and promotions”

I hope this helps.
