Another reason this patch is going full steam ahead is the group finder in game before the F2P to 15 opens in July. Provided the new and incoming players are wise enough to roll on the destination servers.

The purpose of the PTS is for players to identify issues. We have, thus our job is done. It is BioWare's job to ensure that information is taken into account before the official release. It would be a waste of resources to have an iterative PTS.
