I got to play that game in the beta, its pretty fun, I really like the scale of the world around you, it feels like you are in a city when you are for example.

I am more a fantasy or futuristic sci-fi fan myself though, but I think that people who go for that apocalyptic modern day thing will really enjoy that game. There looks like there is a lot to it.

Star Wars is superior IP to Battlestar Galactica. And EVE Online is the best MMO out there in my opinion.
If they put SW in space... I agree with the OP - it can blow the industry

But they need to make sure that the scale is as overwhelming as in EVE (just maybe not that hardcore), as technically excellent and properly tested.

Why not make a system similar to Battlefront 2? It allowed freedom to move in all directions and had the ability to dogfight and board enemy capital ships. If that was in this game it could be great, provided that the maps were made larger and more ships were added.

This is a weird thread. There is no way any game would ever have 10m subs. Even wow at it's peak only had 4m subs.

"bibo ergo sum" ( I drink, therefore I am)

Teamwork is essential; it gives the enemy other people to shoot at.

I agree with some of the others here.

Where is the "vastness" in this game?

I want to explore and go to the edges of the universe and discover stuff that isnt already on a pre marked map.

From the teasing vague answers the devs have given on the big space stuff they're planning, I would guess it's a good chance that they're going to take out the current space traveling and make it all open and free roam space between the planets, probably with full combat. Which they've also said they've been working on since before the game was released, so I would also guess we'll see it I bet around 1.5

4m US/EU
the rest were accounts that were paygo. Someone in 05' played for 5 minutes and they still count that as an active sub in 12'

If we are in crazy land thrn what about, having some better combat on the ground with a minigame for.phones.
Relabeling future patches as Expansions, just like EA Louse said a year ago. Who got the last laugh?
