It crashes about half the time I start it. I always hit the 'Report" key so you guys can maybe fix your app. However, I have NO idea if anyone really reads those things at your office.

Does anyone actually read app reports about crashing?

Someone does read those app crash reports. The troubleshooting for the mobile app is quite limited, please try uninstalling and reinstalling it. Please let us know how you get on.
