What happened is the CS Rep joined the guild, promoted himself to Guild Leader. Bought the guild bank. Then repromoted my character back to GL. Although he (or she, I suppose) talked with me via the in-game help chat system while we did this, it doesn't look like my help was ever actually needed.
This has been our experience as well, only problem is..... they never returned guild leadership. We are locked out of our bank, locked out of changing guild settings, basically in limbo til they give us another round of help. So we are stuck with all our guild bank stuff choking inventories, and have been in limbo now for two plus days.

Our guild moved from Lord Adraas to Ebon Hawk too. Unfortunately, we did get a reply from CSR, claiming that we didn't have a guild bank, which we did. So good luck to you and your guild.

Currently been waiting 48+ hours for a guild bank transfer after going through all the appropriate steps. Not the best customer service. This is getting a bit long in the the tooth.

That is kind've crazy. I've put in two tickets and gotten responses to both. First one took about 2 days, and second one took under two days... still don't have my guild bank back though but that's a different story, at least they responded.

I've been waiting 144 hours - 6 days. No responses whatsoever from anyone, at any level. This is absolutely ridiculous. Bags/cargo holds are full and guild members are asking daily why we don't have our bank back. I doubt I could repeat the explanation I've given them on this forum.

I can confirm that your issue is under investigation and will be handled in due course. As previously stated in this thread, we are currently experiencing a rather high volume of tickets concerning matters of this nature and appreciate the patience displayed whilst we work to resolve them.

Unfortunately as per the responses you have received, prior to restoration of the Guild Bank all criteria as outlined in this Help Center article concerning Guild Banks and the transfer process must be met. I do understand that this is potentially frustrating, however once you do meet those criteria I'm positive your Bank will be restored in full.
