Feel better? No -- I wish you had your guild bank restored. That you've been waiting even longer is not a good sign.

The guild bank should have transferred with the guild/guild master, you know, like it does in WoW. Guess the engineers at BW aren't on the same level as those working over in Cali.
Been actively reporting SWTOR bugs since July 2011. It's almost a full time job.

Agreed, that would've been far simpler. Just xfer the guild bank -- and all its contents -- along with the guild leader.

Do the same as with the characters: If there is a guild with the same name already in existence, require a name change. If not, just leave it be and have the leader begin the re-invitation process. (Kinda assuming it would be hard to keep all the members in, since many of them would show up on the server before the leader did... but redoing membership would've been far less of a hassle than having me and my guildies galumphing around with packs and banks full of guild junk.)

But they didn't... and this way sounds like it's going to take several days minimum, if not a week or two, to sort out.

If it takes a week, whatever. However, a response, like an email, would be nice. They did that with the character transfers, so I assumed they would do that with the bank transfer request.

Has anyone received their guild bank transfer? It'd be nice to hear so.

Our server came out on the very first list. Our guild bank request went in a few hours into day one of transfers. No response. Nothing.

That's not very promising... For a second, I thought you were going to say it went through and got excited... then I kept reading and got sad

I'd dearly like to hear from folks who did get their guild banks restored, and about how long it took.
  • Which destination server
  • When was the ticket filed, approximately
  • In-game request, via website, or support email, or some combination of these
  • If it was an in-game ticket, what category was used since 'guild support' isn't anywhere on the list
  • When was the guild bank restored (i.e., how long was the wait)
I'll commit right here to saying I'll post the minute I find out our banks (one Imp, one Rep) have been restored over on Bergeren Colony. I filed our ticket ('Account' category) right around noon 6/13, U.S. Mountain time, both in-game and through the SWTOR support website.

I really wish some Dev would tell us if the wait is likely to be hours, days, or weeks at this point. I can live with whatever it is, we just need some input here.

Same thing has happened to me. I took everything out of two guild banks (one imp and one rep), typed /gdisband, made sure it worked, guildies comfirmed they were no longer in the guild. Went from Lord Adraas (rp) to Ebon Hawk, remade both guildes with the same name. Made the same two toons the guild masters. I submitted online and in game. Both show but not a single response. Usually I get the automated one in like 30 minutes, now its been over 36 hours and nothing yet. I've asked several times on both sides and no one has gotten their guild banks yet. I got so frustrated that all my toons had all their bags and bank full, that i went and listed it all on the GTN. 8 toons, all with 7 pages of items, and still i have tons left in their bank. It was 5 minutes to transfer 8 toons and nothing on the guild banks. Hopefully a BW employee will answer this question that we are all asking. "Can we please have an ETA of how long it will take to get the tabs". I just want to know so I can direct everyone who wants to send stuff in mail for the guild bank.
