I have already set up a security key previously and downloaded the app. Recently I had accidentally deleted my app and now I cant log in without a serial number or reactivation code. What should I do?

Probably you need to call Customer Service -- use the phone -- and get them to remove the security key from your acc't. Then you can re-add it. My guess anyway.
