Could you do the same for me please? can't even play atm.

First 3 characters i transferred went without a hitch.
Now i am trying to transfer 2 more and for 3 hours now i have had the error 9000 code and cannot log into any server.
Both chars are still 'in Q' to transfer after 3 hours, whereas the 1st three i did were instantaneous.

Ha you think thats bad? Ive been waiting over 16hours for my character to transfer and still no luck...contacted em and everything been updating my email every half hour....kinda getting annoying

ya, my sub runs out in 3 days and these transfers would have saved it for me had they gone well. If i can't get back in before my sub runs out I won't be renewing it.

I cant even transfer my other characters over because it states they are guildmasters...non of my characters are a guildmaster...or even in guilds

Well i know im not alone then. If you havent done so yet make a ticket in game if full details of what has happened. I also called and got them to look at my account. But alas they told me i have to wait until my ingame ticket has been resolved.

Thank you for the attention. I hope this issues can be resolved for everyone.. It kinda sucks ive literally have not been able to play for close to a month because well... veela has been an absolute ghost town averaging less than 10 people on the fleet at AnY time. I have had nothing to do in game for the past 26 days.

As of 2:07 central time my issues were resolved. I hope everyone else can has theirs fixed very soon as well.
