Guild bank after transfer...

Same thing. I put in the request on Tuesday night after we transferred. We still don't have a guild bank and I have received no response from CS.

I completely removed everyone from the old guild, then disbanded it entirely. Everything was transferred out of the guild bank and into all of my alts inventory. Our guild was reformed on the new server, but with a slightly different name and I (the guildmaster) had to change my name and legacy as well. I've submitted 2 requests now because I've gone unanswered.

Is there anything else that needs to be done? I'm not hating on BioWare, I just need to know if there is anything else that we need to do. The guildies are getting restless that they don't have access and (to be honest) I didn't think it would take days to get the guild bank transferred over.

Well, now it's 24 hours, and still no answer to either of my open guild bank restores.

And yeah, it's damned hard to do anything when one's inventory and bank is crammed full of stuff.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Yesterday with the xfers it was like, "BOOM, done." So we get organized, recreate our guild after having disbanded the old one over on VL... and now it's wait-wait-wait with no announcements or anything as to how much time we're talking about here. Is it to be a matter of hours, or days, or a week or two? Wish a Dev would weigh in on this.

So to disband a guild. you have to remove everyone from the guild? I could not find a disband button on any of the guild management. Is there a text command or do you just leave the guild? Thanks.

The guild leader has to type /gdisband. At least that's what the xfer FAQ seems to be indicating, that the former guild needs to be gone on the original server before CS will re-grant the bank vault. Just stepping down isn't enough, because if there are any remaining guild members on the old server, the original vault will remain in existence.

Well I opened my ticket yesterday and still have not had a response as well.

I opened the ticket with a toon being leader of both guilds.
Disbanded the original guild.
Updated the ticket.
(Took screenshots of the GB just in case)

Still waiting....

Apparently there's a lot of us who are... I'm beginning to wonder if the RP and PVP servers are at the end of whatever lists the CS folks are working from.

I'm still waiting as well... Same thing, did exactly as the instructions said for disbanding, reforming, contacting customer service, which I did BOTH in game and on the website. Granted, I've only been waiting 16 hours unlike some of you that looks like it's been longer. And I'm on a PvE server, so it doesn't look like it's server type specific. Just taking them a while to sort through it maybe?

You're probably right, most likely they're taking the tickets in the order received...and it happens there are probably hundreds of guilds that have moved, if not thousands.

I'm thinking about rolling a few more alts in the character slots I have remaining on my 2 acc'ts (3 slots free) just to have them store all the guild gear in their banks.
