Character Transfer, Server Populations and You

Thank you BW! It just so happened that my original server got transfers to the server I rerolled on. I think the server transfer is going great and there are now so many more HUNDREDS of ppl playing on the server right now!! I also am very impressed with how smoothly the transfers are going. Keep up the good work!

When I first launched SWTOR i was new to MMO so i started to play on PVE server thinking that i will be able to change it any time i want like in other multiplayer games, but when I decided to play on PVP server and couldn't do this i was frustrated
However 1.3 patch was announced so i decided just to wait for it to come out, but it looks like this won't help my problem
May be there will be any way to switch from PVE to PVP somehow? Please, tell me there will be

Can't we choose which server we want to transfer too because i have two characters on different servers, one of them is on a dead server. I hope i can do this because one of my characters has lots of credits which i was hoping to give to my other character.

BW has stated many times in Q&A sessions that they hope to make Paid Transfers available to the server of your choice at a later date.

If both of your characters are on, lets say an East Coast PvE server, then they will either go to Jedi Covenant or Canderous Ordo at this point. And from what I saw yesterday with the last servers added, most likely they would go to Canderous Ordo if they get the chance to transfer today. I say that because when they last added more servers they only added origin servers to Canderous Ordo and not to Jedi Covenant. Of course if Canderous Ordo reaches the population quota they are looking for then they will probably add a new East Coast destination server to the list. If that happens I suspect it will be either The Shadowlands, Krayt Dragon, or Mind Trick since those appear to be the next highly populated servers after Jedi Covenant and Canderous Ordo.

I know a lot of people frown upon their use in MMOs as a sign of being unoriginal, but I think in cases like this, the use of accented characters is totally warranted.

Here's hoping Prophecy of Five is added to the list for destination or origin. I'm not sure why, but this server has just died since a little after 1.2 and it would be nice to PvP again without facing the same people. Here's hoping

would be nice to see Nightmare lands be a destination server as it was the top EU-PVE server back then when the game started
