I'm sure we will be, but like I said a business like this has no closing time, this is a global 24/7 business and that means round the clock work until it's done, how ever they do it is up to them, 2 shifts, double what ever but at least gets done, there is no time for a tea.

And you're not always getting their A team either, even in the middle of the day. We've got an intermittent problem with our cable (yes, Comcast), where the internet gets very unreliable (DCs every 5-10 minutes, etc) and the TV picture pixelates. It will do this for several hours at a time, we've always reported it, and not once have we been able to get someone to come take a look at it while it's still happening. We've had three different techs out to fix it, but since the problem isn't happening while they're there, it's a royal pain to try to troubleshoot.

This is a new procedure for them, and I'm perfectly willing to let them say that it's only going to go on while their A team is around and fresh enough that they can properly react to anything that goes wrong.
I wasn't aware of Bioware sending a tech to my house to complete the merger, that is my point, they can do it because the tech is all on there end no house call techs needed.

It's not an act of kindness that they did this......

So many of you make excuses as to why it's okay that people can't experience what they paid for that it used to make me laugh. Now I worry that this type of service will become the norm thanks to people that accept a broken product and defend it. If you were lucky enough to be on one of a handful of servers that are healthy then my hats off to you, many of us were not.

I will end it here before I say something that will get me reported ......
Well said, you took the words right out of my mouth.

I hope you realize that many of those 24/7 companies include a night crew that can be sumerized by this video:

Unlikely. I'd expect the entire process is automated, particularly since most people say their transfers have gone through pretty much instantly.

At the rate they're going, they'll be done before too long. I wouldn't count on them being done tomorrow, but given how many they did today, it could happen.

You missed my point. Some problems get 24/7 support, not all. Same thing here. The problems that Comcast can and will solve in the middle of the night are probably in the same category as what Bioware CS can solve in the middle of the night. Fixing your account, telling you to reset your cable box, etc.

Compared to yesterday they've opened much more yes which is promising, But can anyone justify the logic behind The Swiftsure getting transfers today when I haven't been able to get a PvP queue for the last half hour?

I didnt bring a computer to the summer house and my mom's laptop can't run SWTOR so I'm fine with waiting. Planning on heading home on Friday though so it would be cool if my main server was listed by then. As a server in the top 10-20 range I kind of expected it to be one of the last ones on the list. My guess is that they will somehow "merge", through transfers, the top 10-20 servers last, after that they've moved all the people from extremely light servers to the top servers.
