Im really patient, but 3 months where I just send my 15$ a month well 2 since they gave us a free month, but the problem remain that for the past 3months I havent been able to play any of my mains just because my server is dead.

I dont want to reroll, i spent too much time already on the toons I have, and they should clearly open more and expend their Open time, as they are in a new Transfer offer.

We all pay, and as a company BW needs to be fair toward everyone who pays for their services, right now it is not that fair as only a few selected got the transfer while all other still wait and still pay.

I can wait another day, but after that I'll start to be more aggressive toward BW, because I didnt pay to get treat like trash.

will the server be transfeable from will it be destination server id just really like to know.

24/7 business means 24/7 shifts, as I said this is a service like any other, cell phone, cable, electric , those service do not run on banker hours they have a round the clock shift to get things done and keep business rolling to keep the paying customer happy, that is good business and good work ethics and that is the reason they do so well, also I really hate to bring this up but even Blizzard can transfer a character at 5 AM and those fools don't stop till the job is done, I have seem Blizzard work on problems with servers down until 11 PM before, no need to wonder why they are so big and the largest sub based MMO in the World and that is because they give you the same support & service that one should expect form a 24/7 global business.

my server isn't listed as of yet, but i'm not throwing a fit because I haven't got the chance to transfer of my server yet.

People should stay cool and more or less praise BW for making this happen, and for having a smooth transfer system. You guys asked for transfers, and all I see the last couple of days is complaint after complaint talking about name changing and so on

Lighten up because it is just a game.

I'm a web developer and when I have to program/implement important functionality/fixes, myself and the other developers will often work very long hours. We don't work insane hours all of the time but when something is on the line or we risk losing customers over timeliness we do. It's the nature of the business.

People don't like having to wait while others get the benefit. Call it pathetic, impatient, immature, whiny...call it whatever you want, it is real.

They should have been able to keep pushing more servers...maybe not 24/7 but certainly later than 3pm central.

My cable company charges me ten times what bioware does, and they definitely don't do service after 6.

Also, I'm sick of people complaining about the level of service they are getting for their $15. If you really think you'll have more fun spending that going to one movie per month, go right ahead. You can wait your week, and maybe they'll toss you a $3 game time extension after the fact. Perspective, folks.

LOL. Had they not messed this up from the beginning they didnt have to work that much. I think its rather strange that the BW management dont allow them to work in shifts now to get this server transfer finish. This will single handed maybe save the game. It should be ALL INN with all they got now.
