I wish I could tell my bosses that when I have to stay late because I'm unable to hang up on a customer because im late getting home to my kids..... /shrug

Then wait longer. All of us have up to this point. I've not heard anything about my server yet either, but I still have to wait.

Noone said they were done working for the day.. Just that they weren't adding any more servers. My guess is they're trying to pace themselves so that they can go home around the normal time today. I'm an Apple Technician myself... and If I know a job is going to take an hour, I don't start it 30 minutes before I go home. I'm sure you'd logically make the same decision in a similar situation.

My east coast pvp server got transfered, and transfered to The Fatman at that!

Ya, I know that number, It's useless. They can either tell you that the service is down and will remain down for some time or schedule someone to come by and fix it during "working" hours. Nothing will actually get done during the rest of the time aside from maybe some billing support.

Last time I called my cell phone company for a fix of services, it was because I had no service in my new apartment. They scheduled a guy to come check it out a week later for him to tell me that there is nothing they can do. So yes, I switched. But not because they didn't rectify the problem within a day, but at all...

There are very few companies that actually have full operations going 24/7, this isn't one of them.

I don't mind waiting another day or two. How unlucky am I that I have three 50s on two different servers and neither are up for xfers lol. Super sadface here!
