This is a 24/7 business there should be overnight shifts, there is no closing time for a business such as this, do you think my cable or cell phone company closes at 4pm? no, I lose service I can call them and they fix it no matter the time, this is no different, I pay for a service and my service has problems and I want it fixed, if your cell company pulled this crap on you what would you do?, more then likely you will choose another company that provides a better service.

My server hasn't been listed yet, but seriously, bravo to Bioware on how smoothly they have made it so far and how many they've accomplished in 2 days.

Edit - and to everyone on here complaining.. Seriously.. Get a life. Learn that Patience is a virtue. They're doing what they can with the resources they have. Get over yourselves and deal with it.. You'll live. I promise..

Yes not bad for a small mom & pop business but unacceptable for a company that's on the US stock exchange.

Your cable company sends someone to fix it at 2am? What service do you use?!?

Also, last I checked, the game is still running so it's not like service is being stopped. Simply the temporary feature that is meant to improve your experience once it is complete.

I really can't believe this is the last transfer wave for today, especially since it doesn't include even one east coast PvP server. Us east coast PvPers are definitely losing out on this process

I mean, there has only been a few US east PvP servers released for transfers compared to the multitudes of other server types (except RP). It's just really ridiculous that this is the final wave for the day when there is plenty of time to roll out another wave.

Here's hoping tomorrow works out better and I can actually run a flashpoint with my main character. In the mean time....still stranded on Terentatek

Perfectly acceptable for a company that is on the US Stock Exchange. They're not required to run 24/7, they have business hours just like everyone else. These people have families and everything else. They're doing what they can. And they dont exist to make you and you alone happy.

Ever run a business? I have. You do not let your night shift run a critical endeavor such as this. This is "A" team stuff. People can only go so long. It would be foolhardy to attempt to.

The night shift is there and trained to handle maintenance and repair, nothing more. You are not experiencing a "problem with your service". You are simply waiting for a major overhaul to continue. If you're service is interrupted, there are people to handle that on the night shift.

Yes, they have a 1-800 number and they will give me 24/7 support, I have Comcast & ATT as my cell company FYI.
