The automated email responses to issues are not working correctly. I have submitted two tickets about creating subscription issues and keep getting the same "you should be able to access the game now." I have even stated in the email to support that I have no issue connecting or with early access but still get the same response. Customer service not so good, love the game, but customer service failing.
