Ive been having problems getting class quest cutscenes to work on multiple characters.

Hello CaptainAmericaSR,

You should try using the 'Repair' utility on the launcher. To do this please click on the button located in the bottom left hand corner of the launcher window after you have logged into it, but before you click 'Play'. This will open a settings menu where you will be able to find and click on the 'Repair' button.

Please let the repair function do its work. Although a message may imply that it downloads a considerable amount of data, this is not accurate as it will only download a small proportion of it in order to repair your existing files.

When i tried to repair it caused my comp to blue screen

There are some steps to take to resolve this issue.
  • Run Chkdsk to make sure no faulty sectors on your hard drive
  • Run MemTest86+ to test your RAM
  • Please avoid overclocking, as this affects the voltage on the RAM, leading to corrupted data
  • Please run the System file Checker from Microsoft as this can find problems with your system files and repair them: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

i got one of the cutscenes to work but it took a few minutes
