Out of curiosity, how bad of a leak is this memory leak? If a person had say, 8+gigs of ram, how bad would they be affected, if at all?

I have 8Gb and where I am it uses all of it and then crashes the game!

I have 8. But only have 6 that are for games, however I get well.. 1 frame every 7-8 sek, which makes it really hard to walk, and after a few more sek maby 30 or so it all just crashes down.

What I have tried so far:

-redownloaded the hole game
-Untrack all q (this seems to help a few) not me doh..
-/stuck (the answer support ticked said, "idiots")
-used the stuck option when you are in chara selection mode. (that are suppose to kill you)
-Emergency fleet Teleport thiny
-HS (the 30 min portal)
-And right now I´m trying to walk backwards out of the room, getting maby 10 m per time I log in (which is ever 1.30h.. due to que) Also gonan try crtl +u

"living the dream"

Anyone got some other tip ?

Regardless of how much memory you have, there seems to be a limit to how much TOR can use. I've had task manager open on my second monitor, and swtor.exe pushes towards 1,800,000KB, but never exceeds it before crashing, despite having much more memory technically "available".

This is UNACCEPTABLE. I crash, I start up the game again and I enter 1500+ people queue. Now I must wait 3-4 hours to try if I can do anything and what if I can't? Take a guess, close the client and start up again, enter a ridiculous queue and wait 3-4 hours AGAIN.

Unbelievable.

Unbelievable.
One thing you can do.. start an alt on some other server.. (I can do the same but wont) however I have been @ this prob 12h now. 13h in one min.. and well you prob gonna need to download a patch which means you need to relogg anyway again.. so might aswell start the alt on other server. (if you want something to do ingame... that is) otherwise your welcome to join us here at the forums )
