No they did not say "stuff". They said a release like 1.2 every month. Its been almost a month and we do not even have any ETA on when or if it will put in. Right now all we know if Bioware fired a bunch of people and the entire thing is in chaos. We will be lucky if the game even exists early summer if they keep this up. If they couldnt produce the content patches they shouldnt have made promises they would.

Where is 1.3? Where is someone answering our questions about server transfers? No dev blogs nothing.

You're not going to like this... but this was answered @SWTOR today:

Quote:
Can we get an ETA on the Q&A Session. Heading up north and may lose signal. Itching for more info as I am sure everyone is.

3h The Old Republic ‏@SWTOR
No ETA on the Q&A yet. Past ones were released in the late afternoon or end of business day. Keep an eye here for updates. ^JJ

Wake up and smell the roses folks. Warhammer, part 2. I'm no happier about it than you are, but it's time to move on.
Yeah I know things are bad, but I for one am not ready to give up yet.

Yes the lay-offs are bad, yes it is clear to anyone logging on who isn’t on one of the “handful” of healthy servers (in North America anyway) that active subscriptions, or should I say active population is way down…I am on a “ghost town” server myself. And yes the amount of times they keep breaking things with their patches is laughable at this point…but, well I want to believe. And if that means I am going to “stand on the edge of a nuclear blast” and tell myself it’s really bright out for a while longer and hope things can get turned around then so be it.

Possible, but unlikely.
You have to look out for yourself in these situations and do whats best for you

In all fairness bud, you're setting yourself up for another disappointment. That game will be a bigger trainwreck than this one was.

It's using a similar engine, all indications are that it's just another WoW clone trying to cash in on a popular IP, and it's not even being made by the folks who brought us the other ES games. It's entirely under development by Zenimax, the parent company, and Bethesday have gone so far as to state they basically have nothing to do with it.

Yep. Bethesda is only being consulted for the lore, which tells me that ZeniMAX doesn't have a firm grasp on that, either. No player housing, no first-person view, lock-on/hotbar combat, very possible lore ret-cons... It's just not ES.

People get themselves all hyped up thinking the next big game will be the one. Then they find out its a mmo like ALL mmos with similar problems with balance, connections and play-ability. They set themselves up for disappointment.

Go look at the quote again.

Well, Star Wars: The Old Republic is already out so I wont plug the gameplay because I am sure everyone already knows what that is. For 2012 we really want players to, going back to the subscription model, feel like they're getting their money's worth. So the scope of our game updates in 2012 is going to be unimaginable. You're going to see so many changes and additions to the Star Wars Universe, it's going to be impressive. We have our Update 1.2 coming in the next week and then after that it's going to continue to roll out month after month. It's exciting.
They never said that .X releases were coming monthly. They said changes were going to be rolling out every month. They didn't even say big changes.

They duped you into believing that they would be giving huge updates every month.
