I enjoy funny names as well. I still can't imagine why a medical term should even bother kids. It's a fairly common and treatable condition.

My reason for thinking it was a good name was that after looking at the pallor of the characters complexion, I thought the name matched the face. Not even in a bad way.

I was going to go with Vampire names but thought I may get flagged for copyright infringement. Aaaack.

You say that yet I passed a character called Lestat yesterday.
Help me, Bio-Ware Support; you're my only hope.

This is an mmo man. There are people that literally do nothing but run around and report people because they think its funny. Thats all they do. They do not level. They do not raid. They do not group up with other players. They sit there and pay $15 a month to report people. They have no life, what can I say?

The only reason somebody reports somebody else because of a name, isn't mainly because there offended but because they know they have the ability to screw you over, there not content with playing the game, they have to ruin it for others.

it could be because they were brought up that way or there mother and father are actually brother and sister and are unhappy with there existence, therefore want to make others miserable too, a bold statement but i bet some of it is true.

"Anemia" isn't even a disease. It's just a word to describe when you do not have enough red blood cells. Maybe the GM who flagged it is just stupid and is confusing it with "bulemia"--which could be an offensive word.

Well, to be fair, not everyone has read Anne Rice novels.

Anemia though? Wgy would anyone be offended by that? Its not an offensive word.

...anf yet I saw "D'iznuts" last night.

Yeah, I should have just gone with LeStat or another Anne Rice character. It's just so ludicrous that they would nitpick that much. And then, review all of my other character names on my account.

I even saw a character named PizzaTheHutt, which would be a double infringment. (Mel Brooks and Pizza Hut).

Just can't win. Deleting any played characters would equate to Early Access being just an exercise in futility.

Yeah, it's just a reduction in Red Blood Cells, as you mentioned. I probably got flagged by a Bank Mule. I could imagine if I had the name GoldFarmer, or for TOR, CreditFarmer.

Even funnier, they had no problem with Beelzebub. Which I thought was fun since it was on the dark side. So, I can be the Prince of Darkness but not someone who is pale.

I don't see it as offensive as a guild name like "swinging richards" or a name I passed: "turdgobbler"

There does need to be naming enforcement eventually.
