The fact that even supporters feel it needs tweaking pretty much tells the story. When the players that use an ability grudgingly admit it might need a slight tweak, you can be damn sure it's way OP .

It's the only AC DPS AC that doesnt have stealth or range. Mara's need some meause or durability or they would be the worst AC in the game by a huge margin.

Only way that works is if you remove the health cost. A cast time at the typical <15% time where it's used would make it worthless. You'd be dead before it went off.

Are you truly afraid of a scoundrel's ranged attacks?
Do you truly believe that a sent is squishier than a scrapper or a melee shadow?

But oh, there is the magical "stealth". A magical state that when entered removes your own self from the fight, and used to execute openers that deal less burst damage than classes that don't require stealth and positioning.

I think your "rational logic" is quite biased my friend.

Fixed it for you. Unless the Mara is a good one there are other priority targets. If the sniper is the best player in the WZ then that sniper is getting focused on.

Concurrently; good use of CC shuts any class down, so all classes need Undying Rage then.

You are CC'ed because you aren't a viable burn target. Imagine that, the most dangerous class cannot be focused. Somewhere, someone thought that was balanced.
