I nominate Justin Lowe of Darthhater to be the new community manager.

That smily at the end shows exactly what's wrong with this "community". It ain't the work or lack of community manager...
Think of this: If you will play a Jedi or a Sith, now you will never get to take your apprentice to fight with you in flashpoints, warzones or raids. You will never face together any of the big end-game bosses.

- ~ 95% of the servers dead
- subs going down the drain
- after beating the pve content...there was..nothing
- pvp has after months less pvp content than at launch (gz bioware at this point)
- crafting and its professions is mostly useless and/or not balanced to each other
- every basic rule of any mmo ignored (why did you release an mmo without a guild bank you said?)
- their holy grail called legacy is nothing more than an incentive to play more alts and keep you paying
- no real future plans/ real incentives given to keep playing this game
- remaining community gets blatantly ignored
- threads who dare to speak up get closed left right and centre (as i cant find my last 2 comments in this very thread all of a sudden for some reason)
- key staff gets laid off

an mmo rises and falls with its game content and community.... the word "shattered" comes to mind
but hey, keep believing that when 8 man wz cues are introduced (if) , the whole game will improve immediately

Now?

The game has been nose diving for the ground practically since it was released. It hasn't changed direction at any point.

This game cannot survive with only 1 populated server. There needs to be a better solution than "reroll on the fatman".

No the transfers/mergers are needed. The gentleman I was talking with was saying that rateds and 8 man ques wouldnt be enough to save the game. I was simply pointing out that the 1.2 debacle with pvp cause many to unsub who may come back. The pvp in this game is genuinely fun. 4 random people in every match you run... not so much.

Thats my problem in a nutshell with the whole game. Its a lot of fun but it stinks having noone to play with.

No MMO has ever been saved as a result of server mergers. Server mergers just lead to a downward spiral, bad publicity, more people leaving the game and more server mergers.
