Why don't you play all 8 class story lines?

It seems a lot of people started one character, played that character until they had full end game PVP/PVE gear and then just consider the game to be over. Like they had done everything the game had to offer. Personally, my highest level character is only level 44 because I constantly switch around between the 8 class stories. They're all very interesting to me. I can't help myself.

Is it just that the other 7 don't appeal to you? Or are you maybe stuck in the old MMO "my character is me" frame of mind? Again, I'm not trying to say you're wrong for your play style, I'm just curious as to what makes you not want to experience the other stories in the game as well.

Heck, to me, thanks to the different animations for mirror classes + light and darkside, I have 16 characters total, one of every AC in the game with one of each class being LD and one being DS. I'll eventually experience each story twice, though each one will be through a different perspective thanks to the LS/DS system. I did the same thing in KOTOR 1 and 2.

My biggest problem is sticking with one story at a time... at this rate, the LFG tool will be out before I ever even experience end game (though I am trying my best to finish up my Vanguard).

I would but my hand gets tired smashing the space bar through all the rendered sequences everytime I pick up a basic mission.

I played sorcerer as my first character , like the story. Came the the same conclusion everyone else did with life at 50.

Tried to make a Bounty Hunter and got to level 10 i think before I couldnt summon the will to log that character again.

Just didnt have the replay value for me.

I will probably do this, because I love alts and the most fun in this game is experiencing the story (although working at operations with a good guild is up there with it). But not everyone is an alt-o-holic, and not everyone wants to roll on another faction. Also, not everyone wants to hit 50 and then stop - they had a lot of fun with their characters and want to keep developing them, but they find that hard to do at the moment (or boring, or whatever).

Edit: Also, I have a 50 sniper, and I'm also leveling an operative, so I'm already gimping myself out of one storyline.

I'd love to play through all 8 class stories, it's the random grinding in between being able to do those missions that gets to me. If I could play through them without having to stop and grind a level or two after each one, then great, I'd definitely be up for that, but I don't know if I can be bothered with the levelling grind time after time.
Jedi Master Kai'sinn. Not only evil hides in the shadows.
Jedi Master Tzathali. Korriban/Tython Exchange Program.
Major Dulne. Nothing will stop Havoc Squad, Sir.

Why not? Cause I can't just play the 8 class story lines. I still have to replay the planet quests and numerous side quests to remain at a level required for later class quests
I need about tree fitty.

You'll be able to level faster with the legacy XP bonuses being released in 1.3

I do this sometimes as well with the side quests, but I don't mind. I had 10 characters in WOW and with all 10, I had to do mostly the same quests. I guess I'm just used to it. Though sometimes, I don't hit the space bar even on side quests I've done a few times. The VO is pretty good in this game.
