Let's take a quick glance at some of the prominent thread titles on the first page. "Will You Trust Bioware Again?" 25 pages "Most servers are dead - we need transfers now, not in early summer" 33 pages "FREE Character Transfers are Coming!" 59 pages "Unsubscriber's Thread: Tell us a few things" 73 pages "Fast bored of SWTOR." 92 pages Just gives you a good feeling about the game and community, doesn't it?

You do know the purpose of those is to encourage the investors to invest more money? It's not like the CEO would say anything bad about the game. Truths may be stretched, as always, etc.
