LEGACY & TRANSFERS: tell me it's not true!

If you cant read the question to that answer then its your problem.

First of all be polite you little thing. Second: I read the answer not the question..... Oh my.......

But the most advantageous way possible is for the transfered character to bring his already accumalated Legacy points to the existing and adding to the pool not just rewards.... more spin.

Yeah it works as intended. Unlocks stay, levels go. The answer is important cause Daniel is good at NOT ANSWERING the real question. I think that you did not understand....... Don't worry it happens in the best families.....

Unlock stays and the highest legacy lvl stays, legacy levels don't add up.

But enlighten me about what I did not understand.

Also, what name do we get? I like the name I have on my lower legacy server. Am I screwed if I transfer over a higher legacy character?

Daniel: Legacies will be merged in the most advantageous possible way for the player. They’re your rewards, you earned them, we don’t want to prevent you from moving them wherever you like. So any unlocks gained by the character you’re moving will come with that character, even if the Legacy they are moving into is a lower level.

This is actualy quite good. My reading is as follows:

I am moving the 4 chars i consider my mains (2x 50s), in the empire, to one server - they keep the legacy lvl or so i expect.

I am moving my other 4 chars (lower lvls), in the empire, to a diferent server from the mains (so i can move 4 of my low lvl republic chars from another server to join them each - joining 4 republic chars on each destination server). If these chars have heritage orange gear, according to my reading, they still get to keep it.
But since they arent even lvls 30, they wont have any legacy lvl.

If this is not the case, Bioware should at least consider this odd scenario, because I'm probably not the only person that intends to balance my server choices by joining 4 empire chars with 4 republic for race unlocks, on 2 diferent servers so I can still play each side on each subclass.

Well i have only 1 account 3 lvl 50s, a 30 and a 25. My Legacy lvl is 31, the only thing I will lose is my Legacy name ( that is if some one else has it on the server they transfer me to) If not I will keep everything. My Name, unlocks and my lvls.

HIGHEST level takes effect. Just like with the APAC transfers they already did. This has already been asked, answered and done on other servers.

You keep your highest legacy level and all rewards you've unlocked.
