^ That is the Email I got. The Petition I filed CLEARLY stated that my Avatar was stuck on Taris due to the Memory Leak. I CLEARLY sited the forum post by a Dev that stated CS would port stuck avatars off Taris if you reported as such.

This is also the second time I've received this same Email telling me about the /stuck function. The first time I petitioned because.....THE /STUCK FUNCTION WAS NOT WORKING FOR ME!

Both times now I've resolved the issue myself due to waiting it out for a few days... but for real. Teach your CS people something other than copy / paste.

At least let me think you care enough to at least read what I petition.
