It's a credit sink. If it's just a credit sink, why is it at all tied to legacy levels? As it stands, getting legacy levels means nothing since they aren't an actual barrier to anything. The whole legacy system is a poorly implemented version of an otherwise good idea.

It's a huge credit sink for a little bit of fluff. But I'm more irritated that it rolled out before server transfers, LFD or ranked Warzones than I am about the prices.

because of what legacy was supposed to be and what it turned out to be. all it is now is a credit sink for buying convenience items.
