Why all the complaints about the price of legacy unlocks?

Conservatively, one lvl 50 toon can make 300k in about 2hrs on dailies...

If you have one lvl 50, you can advance a second to level 50 faster than the first. It's certainly within the realm of possibility that an account with 3-4 level 50's could raise $1 million in a 4-5 hour timeframe.

There are several legacy advantages to leveling alts.
Reelo (Jedi Guardian)
Server: Jedi Covenant (East Coast Time)
Guild: Starlords
Always willing to lend a hand to those who stop by my server and say hello!

Hey man, i havent done it and i wont do it, but i know some persons that have already unlocked 5-6 races only playing. But anyway, what is the point? that you cant or you dont want to do it? Dont do it, buy them, or skip them.

For one side, you complain because some things (only 10-20%) cant be won by leveling only, but in the other side you complain that you have to level chars to unlock them without paying.

That thing of i want absolutely all in the game and it havent to take me more than 2 hours is boring.

Maybe my english isnt the best, most of because isnt a native language for me. I have 2 native languages and i speak the best way that i can in 3 more. Anyway, i think that you can understand what i try to say.

I would ask this, how many you speak? 1? 2? Please stop that thing of try to invalidate someone's ideas because his writing is far away of being perfect.

did you even read any of the posts in this thread?

Its not about wanting them now. Its about wanting them to be meaningful and appropriately priced. Right now there are maybe a handful of things on there worth a damn, and out of that group two or three are moderately priced (Target Dummies) one is borderline mandatory (rocket boots) and a few are ridiculously overpriced (mailbox)

The rest are mostly completely, utterly and totally useless.
Meanwhile, in Tera general chat -

"The sad thing is, arguing with fanbois on the forums was more entertaining than their 300 million dollar single player MMO from 2008"

I have plenty of credits, there's just nothing in the legacy is worth spending them on (at least not at the current prices.) They're certainly not worth grinding out hours a day for. Then again, I play swtor for fun. So farming hundreds of dailies isn't on my agenda when I log in. I feel bad for people who don't have anything better to do.

It's a long term credit sink. Anyone who's played other MMO's will know why they exist.

What bothers me is that Legacy is just an excuse for a credit sink... I have Legacy rank 27... That doesn't buy me anything... I have to spend a million to get something someone with only legacy 10 can have as well?

They should make the unlocks free if you reach a certain Legacy level... I rather spend my money on crafting and even customizing my looks, which is worth more money than getting an hour less cooldown on something I don't use that often...
Everything will be OK in the end. If it's not OK, it's not yet the end.
