Matrix Cubes gone after patch?!

I'm not going through all 3 toons and the matrix cubes they had. You can **** off and work that out surely!

At this time we would not advise you to equip any Matrix Cubes that you have in your inventory. Until the issue is resolved you may still lose equipped cubes. So for the moment, although it is not ideal, please do not use any remaining cubes.

no no no, I didn't mean "can I equip another matrix cube" I meant, I now have an empty relic slot since the matrix cube I already had has vanished. What I want to know is, can I equip a normal non matrix cube relic to that slot and if I do will it prevent me from getting my cube back since the slot it was in will then not be empty. Also, what will happen to the normal relic I will of equipped to fill the cubes slot.

Once again a CS "droid" does not have a grasp of the English language and/or fails at reading comprehension. He didn't ask about equipping another matrix cube, he asked if it was okay to equip a regular relic in the same slot his Matrix cube was in. Jeez.

i already equipped a mock relic there, for some power at least.

so what he (and some others, myself included) is asking

can we equip another relic in that spot? (NOT another friggin' matrix cube, another RELIC (be it matrix cube or NOT) you i*s!)

Sorry for misunderstanding your question. There should be no issue equipping alternative relics, as these items are not affected by this issue. This also should not affect the return of your missing cube.

well, i can give you ALL the information in ONE post:

ALL the characters on ALL the servers that logged in while having a Matrix Cube equipped as well as ALL the characters on ALL the servers that did equip the Matrix Cube after your monumental "patch" and zoned into another area (erm.. played! because that's what changing the area means in effect).

One thing is that costumer support is not the best..and as many people already stated, something should be done about that since it makes plenty impatient people leaving.

Another thing is to remain calm and don't throw "idiots" etc all around. Such a rage is totally pointless, missing some relic is definitely not a reason to flood forum with QQ and insults. People, I urge you (especially those who swear) to simply wait for this to be fixed and continue playing normally. I do miss my relic, yet I don't feel I can't play anymore without it.

Last but not least, asking people to post info here was probably just an initial idea which now seems absolutely pointless - and it truly is. The problem has already proved itself to be wide-spread, no need to post info anymore. No need to /facepalm over that idea endlessly.

The problem with this type of thinking is that for most of us, the Matrix Cube was the best item in slot for our characters. And as doing Operations is a popular activity ,the fact that we are missing our best in slot item means that our raid groups have been significantly nerfed. Losing a significant chunk of our main stat means less dps, less healing, and less damage mitigation, which severly hinders our ability to down new content. It probably isn't a big deal groups that have content on farm, but a lot of groups, like mine, are still trying to finish Explosive Content, and losing those stats really hurts our ability to do so.

So stop being high and mighty and telling us we aren't allowed to rage. Of course we are, we have every right to be angry and upset, and we also have every right to show Bioware that we are unhappy with the service we are receiving.
