So I experience lag today, turns out its a major problem on the game for many people, as well as the FPS issues. But I made a ticket to see if I could get any assistance or insight into any fixes and this was my reply, which I can only imagine was replied to with a Keyword search in my ticket, then a copy paste from an article on this website. I wouldn't really mind recieving a copy paste solution if it was AT LEAST ON THE TOPIC OF THE TICKET >.>

Seriously Bioware, is this the kind of customer service we can expect from you? Copy and pasted articles from the FAQ section of the website without even the chance to talk to a person or reopen the ticket?

I found the ticket response so trolling and pathetic that I thought it was worthy of some print screens so others can see. My hat off to you Protocol Droid MO-TO, you troller you

For the sake of pointing out incompetence, if I wasn't able to get onto the game because I wasn't in early access, how and why the f*** would I even make a ticket about it IN-GAME? -.-'
