If I'm paying a sub, I don't want to see any microtransactions. If SWTOR goes F2P, they can have all the microtransactions they want. Of course, I would probably stop playing the game at that point.

Micro-transactions don't necessarily mean pay-to-win. I come from old school Travian and from League of Legends where MT meant either time savers or cosmetic purchases respectively. They had no effect on your competitiveness and a non-paying person could compete evenly with a paying one. The paying player just looked cooler and might have acquired levels faster (because of faster travel, larger cargo bays, or other convenience features).

I'm done if they implement any sort of cash store.

If they implement MTs, I want to see my unsubscribe button being clicked.

Everyone says they'll quit with microtransactions, F2P, or a store... but why?

If nothing offered is game-breaking in any way (P2W), why leave? Is it because you're only happy with a game if it can only be played by people who specifically shell out $15 a month to play it?

Seems rather silly to me. I played LOTRO through the F2P/microtransaction phase. Store was a bit annoying, but I got over it in about 10 minutes.

You guys might has well just come out and say "F2P is for poor people and Asians" and be done with it.

If the subscription fee stays the same, I'd be rather disappointed to see a cash shop.

But if they decided to substantially reduce the sub cost, I would be happy to see stuff like this:
-Companion customization kits
-Companion-specific orange armor (ex: "Mandalorian Armor" for Akaavi, "Imperial Officer's Uniform" for Quinn)
-Social gear with low social rank requirement
-Orange gear in different/unusual colors (ex: a black Jedi robe, a white Sith robe, pale blue Trooper gear, etc)
-Carbonite Chamber - can be used to freeze and unfreeze your Companions
-Speeders
-Minipets

And if they went FTP I wouldn't mind stuff like this in a cash shop too:
-Extra character slots
-Barber shop/makeover (in a sub based game I think at least things like hair and makeup should be changeable with in-game credits)
-Extra storage
-Alts as Companions
-Additional character customization unlocks

I think they logic is against is you COULD start needing to pay for thing you should have gotten for free.

Say I make a item to that cost 30 bucks and gives you double exp. Well as the game company I want everyone to buy this so I could just make it 2 times as long to level up to make sure everyone buys it. as an example

Same here. Will be another sign the game is a failure. Vanity items excluded. I really donot care who pays money for pets..mounts, etc.
