Funny, they dont have time to spend on the forums, but many MANY smaller MMOs find plenty of time to get on the forums and talk to their players. To the OP, when I saw, o yeah, this is coming -- someday., i pretty much assume its going to be MONTHS if not half a year, before we see any progress on this. Soon means month, so someday must be code for longer then a couple months.

I run people through dungeons like the foundry et al. regularly and apparently our respective definitions of the word heroic are not consistent. As it is now the process is essentially me killing everything and everyone else playing catch up and looting. Heroic to me is actively succeeding as an interdependently cohesive group with the *risk* of failure being possible, and not the simple exercise of killing grayed out npcs with little to no effort.

So did you not bother to read what I posted? The part about weekly Q&A sessions with the players and the "Dev Tracker"? They ARE spending time on the forums and they ARE talking to the players.
