Perhaps if we all chip in to buy Bioware a computer, they might be able to generate their own dx reports.

How would that help them compile data on numerous systems with different hardware all having the same issue so they could determine that it was a programing error on their part and not with our machines (something we already knew but had to prove to them)? I mean what if that one computer we buy them never has an issue!! (that's what they would tell us anyway....)

Yep still the same issues with sounds. It's a full month now.

Maybe we could start a guessing game to guess how long will it take to hear the sounds again!
I'll start. 2 months, 1 week

yeah i thought the sound problem would take precedence over everything else. As this game is all sound base every mission but i guess they haven't figured out what caused the sound to go down so there still investigating im hoping.

Nah...they think it's US. They say it could be our drivers. They ask for our logs, even though the freaking NPC mouths stop moving when this happens...which obviously isn't something "I" can do. They're sweeping it under the rug, assuming it's just a handful of us...not realizing that EVERYONE who does Ops encounters it.
All warfare is based on deception If his forces are united, separate them If you are far from the enemy, make him believe you are near A leader leads by example not by force

This is awesome! Took them over a week to fix the bug that crashed people out if they had all the recipies for whatever crafting they did.
Fail game across the board...all that money spent/wasted on voice acting instead of gameplay... lol great strategy.

Either Bioware doesn't care, or are too naive to understand how many subs they will lose next week because of the on-going sound issues. BW should be VERY CONCERNED about losing subs when D3 and GW2 launch next week.
Not fixing the sound, or even adding it to the "Known Issues" thread, in a game hyped as a 'fully-voiced MMO', seems like a big fail, and they will see the consequences of this next week.
