The time it takes to travel their in your scooter or ship. And not every player is a good jumper. i have seen many fall over and overagain. My wife has me get some cubes for her because she gives up after falling off 6 to 8 times in a row. So we have more time invested in a cube than the time it takes to get it when you arive at its location.

It might be time consuming. But still. Regardless, they should be able to fix this within a week.
