Particularly annoying as obtaining the cube was the very last action I performed before logging off for the night.

I understand fully that the game consists of millions upon millions of lines of code, I do question the ability of your Quality Assurance team if they miss anything that in teh code or during it's runtime evaluation period that spontaneously removes items.

The question is, has this item been rendered hidden (but still exists) or has the data point in your equipment database files for individual player characters been erased?
