I think we've sort of established that this is happening on all servers...how could it happen is an even more interesting question and what is being done about it not happening to other gear that is not as clearly missable? This worries me with multiple toons, guildbank etc, if something like this could sneak in in a patch and just make tons of gear vanish, what ensures it hasn't happened before or will again? Will I have to keep my own books of my gear to be sure? And something other than a canned response would be nice, preferably from someone who knows what they're doing...

Bioware,

Just leave a big box of shards and cubes on fleet and we will just take what we need to replace what we lost. Honest.

Its global issue, after patch on all characters matrix cube is disappeared.
