"wow has the staying power and has proven itself"

what exactly has wow proven other then the mmo genres community is a bunch of whiney babys and that the majority playing it are probably only playing because all the new mmos out havent really lasted very long

for TERA and Secret World? Yes.

Guild Wars 2 does not rely on subscriptions however, so I think it will do a bit better. The server guesting system will help a lot as well even if populations across servers get the way they are here. People will just guest onto higher population servers, and may buy home server transfers if WvW on their home servers gets bad.

It'll help.

But Guild Wars 1 still has quite a bit of traffic, due to people coming back freely whenever they want. True most of the activity is located in a handfull of places, but it's a 7 year old game with little new content since late 2007.

they do not have to do that ... The company really only have to show the bottom line and predicted income development .
The do not have to tell anyone how many subs they have at any point in time ..

Second, World of Tanks is more fun for me right now then SWTOR.
If you read his home page as he makes new updates, he actually explains how he arrives at his numbers. Evidence his proections and plots for SWTOR which were more accurate then anything else available on the internet.

Tip: he uses XFire as a major validation source, but not the only source.

you should become a comedian man,how many people playing wow that have played it for 7 years truly play the game because they enjoy it.and not because the same bunch that are ruining the community in wow probably are the ones that ruined every new mmorpg out

oh and hows those pokemon mini games for ya? hope you like playing with little kids in mop lulz
It's a game that literally set the standard. It grew consistently to 13 million subs over a period of 7 years with 3 expansions, a 4th in development. Any MMO would be utterly blessed to have that kind of success. But because you don't like the game, therefore it hasn't proven anything? It has no staying power? Troll elsewhere.

A) it's FTC, not FCC

B) they never give investors enough data to know exactly what is going on, because they do not have to. They must report accurate financials AND give accurate guidance. They do not however have to give specifics on any particular product in detail.

you sound like one of those people that ruined the community, also the pokemon mini games are not half bad actually im assuming u didnt even make it to the beta yet and i dont play with kids so i dont have to worry and im on Shadowmoon PvP server and its alot of fun thanks for asking. and kids are in every MMO just because kids play doesnt mean that no one else does lol do u think out your responses to posts beforehand? as this made u come off all NERDRAGE.

but whatever, ill play hello kitty online before i play wow again anyway
You are just a WoW hater/basher. I still play it and have for over 7 yrs and I still enjoy it. Do not assume everyone has your level of hate for it. I hope I can say the same thing about TOR 7 yrs from now. But time proves all things and they got to make several changes/improvements for me to stick around.
