We all understand the need for server caps. Those who dont haven't played an MMO at launch before, but please at the very least, add some sort of timeout period.

There is nothing more frustrating that being disconnected/crashing etc, and finding out that you have to queue for another 3-4 hours (the estimated queue time clearly doesn't work btw )

I strongly suspect that currently there is no time out (grace) period as I have crashed and reconnected almost instantly only to get shoved to the back of the queue.

If we get a time out period we'll all be a little happier!
