A Conversation Database?

I've been looking around the net, and thus far have been utterly unable to locate a map or database of the various conversations in game (I.e what NPC A will say if chose option X) and I would very much like to. I'm trying to write up a Fanfiction chronicling the adventures of my Sith Inquisitor and her Sith Warrior friend, but my memory is far from prefect and I REALLY don't want to make and level another toon just to write down every conversation that she went through and what she said.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a helpful site?

I'm not aware of a database, but you can get at least one form of any given conversation by way of Youtube. I often find myself searching random things - "Trooper Act 1 end," "Jonas Balkar intro," stuff like that.

The PC/companion conversations, at least, are very, very well documented.

The only one I know is

Check out the quest you need and you get companions answer or at least preferences. It's far from complete but all we have.

I tried Tor Head, but it only shows Light/Dark side gains from what I have been able to find. Maybe I'm doing it wrong *shrug*

what i'd love to see, is a text dump of all the scenery procs your comps will say, aka when you walk into certain zones, they sometimes comment on it

Check this one out, for example:

Above the map of that location you see the list of companions and their lines.
