Simply unbelievable.
And you believed some random guy on your server?

Simply unbelievable.

I did email costumer support and they didn't even bother to reply to me. My 1 week suspension ended today. It NEVER affected anyone else with the use of the damage meter. I'm outraged by the actions taken. I have been playing MMOs for over 7 years and it was the first time I ever got suspended.

I think you're mistaken. I'm pretty sure that you need to be using a much more specialized 3rd party app to do that, and that if they mange to catch you doing so, you'll get banned or suspended.
firefox and chrome both allow you to read the text file that swtor puts out (which is exactly what MOX does.) there's no need to "read the internal memory state of the swtor game in real game" to run a dmg meter.

If by damage meter, you mean a 3rd party app running inside (or interacting with) the client...... you earned the ban.

If you were just using a 3rd party log parser on a log file saved to disk, then you should not be banned.

SO..WHICH WAS IT????? Your description sounds like the first, rather then the second.
When you find yourself surrounded by hostile Clowns... always go for the "Juggler" first.

If you feel that you have been treated unfairly, then speak with your wallet.

That's all you can do at this point.
If you pick up a novel, and see pages 2-899 only as obstacles between pages 1 and 900, then it may just be that you don't like reading.

Its pretty obvious BW went on a banwave of shoot first ask questions later.

Is that so?

Is it not possible that they had been gathering evidence on many players, unrelated to damage-parsers, and banned them all at once for earlier infractions?

It is most definitely possible. It's actually very likely.

It is most definitely possible. It's actually very likely.
It is also very likely that they saw certain log parses in memory and classified them as malicious.

If I was a cheater who got caught cheating and was banned I'd probably make up a story too. Funny how the timing of this "ban" coincides so well with the credit exploit that was recently patched...
